Passionate About Your Journey

      My name is Christine. I am a qualified and experienced  international Life Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Timeline Practitioner, accredited through the Association for Professional Coaching (APC). I am also a qualified Adult Education Teacher, Peer Mentor, Group Facilitator and Action Learning Sets Trainer (Action Learning Sets are a great technique to apply coaching principles to creatively resolving challenges at work). 

      I have gained work experience in various sectors, including financial services, the commercial and voluntary sectors, higher and adult education and the NHS. My career is driven  by a thirst to always learn new skills, concepts. I am passionate about self-development - my own and that of others, and wellbeing - possibly our most valuable asset in life.

      I love supporting others to create their journey of change and transform their (professional) life. I get great joy from helping others do what they truly want to do and become who they truly want to be. This, to me, is the key to leading a fulfilling life. 

     Supporting my community is also important to me. I offer individual and group coaching programmes in a local charity to service users recovering from drug/alcohol addiction . 

      I am an art, music and culture lover. I swim, practice yoga and sing in a community choir. I enjoy reading about personal development and, of course, life coaching.  

      I am French and work both in English and in French.
